Oh i know, i have had a fair few in my time including 2 pickup's. What looses me is how an estate car is going to fit a big round bale in the back come winter or how it will cope in tractor ruts with a tonne of meal bags in the back? It is just not the vehicle for the job at hand.
Subaru Forresters, the car of choice for the average traveller hare courser.I once had a game of chicken with one full of the lovely sellers of lucky rabbits feet, along a dyke top near Downham Market.I was in a Plod 90. He chickened out first and nearly rolled the Subaru. He and his clan got most upset and shouted "Why are you treatin' us loike feckin' criminals?"I replied, "Er, because you are!"They got nicked, went to court, and the Subaru was crushed by order of the Court. Sweet!Good guys 1, bad guys 0!Moral of the tale, don't play chicken with a jarred off cop armed with a big stick and CS, in a 90 with a large bumber on the front!"You picked the wrong county to haul ass through, boy!"

wish you would come and police here as the old bill dont give a damn about hare coursers and tresspassers here, even had the front to come and ask me why i had a shotgun in my hand when harecoursers ran through when i was about to go out for a shoot.
