Driving around with competition numbers displayed is frowned on by the MSA, but I dont think there is any law against it, so as long as you dont have anything to do with the MSA or hold a competition licence, no problem and even if you do how would they know?

i didnt think it was legal to have No's on the doors cos i remove my doorplates after each event or put tape through them,will find out though

Well, as I see it, you can have phone numbers, company names, company logos and all sort of other things on the side of your car, van, bus or truck... don't see how this would be any different.

I seem to recall there being an MSA requirement about competition numbers not making it onto the road, probably as a precautionary measure to try and stop the "competition" entering the road (there's been a number of cases of people racing near hillrally sites etc) but can't remember the specifics...

perhaps I'm just mad :?

yes i like this whole idea..i would go with the sticker on the inside rear window plan. is this somthing that is likely to end up in the stickers for sale section or just a good idea that never happened??

It is happening.. see my post about 6 up....

It will get into the shop at some point, but I need to rewrite a bit of the shop code to accomodate it.
