I lived off Caramacs when I was a kid.  You don't see them often but I did find one a couple of years ago.  It was yuck.

There's a restaurant in Cambridge (Hobbes' Pavilion) which does a dessert consisting of a pancake with 4 cream eggs in.   :-&

Had a Wispa yesterday, as when I went into the garage to get some diesel they had a display unit up by the till. Admittedly had another this morning :P

They also stock Caramacs. Was never very keen on those mind.

I'm so glad someone else remenbers those sweets - I always mention them when i get on this conversation and no one ever remembers them - they were great, the same size as opal fruits(starbursts)!

Get your self down a propper sweet shop. There is a nice small sweet chop in worcester that does them as well as other sweets from the dim and distant past. Best bit is that is on the way from the highstreet to the multi story car park so you have to make excuses to not visit it.

Should bring back spangles and all sweet shops should stil have the big jars of sweets and proper pic n mix.
