D44 side exit exhaust on TD5 - photos?
« on: October 14, 2007, 10:52:11 »
Slightly different than the other Side Exit Exhaust thread - does anybody have a photo of the D44 side exit exhaust on a TD5?  I was admiring it with Jake and Tim at the L2B but I stupidly didn't take any photos.

Also, does it use the existing hanging points?  I'm only looking at the rear section at the moment.

Hi Jake

Sorry to hi-jack this thread but do you sell a low lying winch bumper for a face lift D2?  (To be used with a Superwinch EP9i)

Very nice bit of kit by the way, side exit exhaust definately on my christmas list.

Cheers
Peter

Low lying?  You mean high surely?  The LR accessory winch mount is low, acts like a ruddy plough!

Hi Darren

I may have the name wrong but the one I'm after is the one that is set back into the front end of the car, on some of them the grill needs to be cut away in places to accomodate the winch.  I think they are called low line or low lying or something, not sure.

I've heard of alot of the G4 type winch carriers giving clearance problems.

Mr Lobster :)  Sorry to Hi-jack the thread again.

They DO do one, because I've been drooling over it a bit :)

The winch is recessed into the grille, and very neat it looks too.
