Would the mounts and brackets on a 1990 V8 be the same as an 1985 TD?

mounts for the v8 are closer to the bulkhead the chassis i got was set up for v8 and i got to move them forward for th 2.5d to go back in

no. you have to move the engine mopunts forward baz. i looked into this when i had my old V8 90. was thinking of sticking a diesel lump in it. then diddnt sold her, and baught the one i got now!
