Lift pump to block spacer?
« on: November 01, 2007, 22:12:01 »
Hi, does anyone know the part number or where I can get a lift pump to block spacer?
The part as I understand was added to later 300tdi's to stop the lift pump overstroking and busting frequently.
As the Disco has managed to eat it's third lift pump in 6 months , I'm suspecting one of these should be fitted.
All replaced under warranty thank goodness!

Dave,
I assume you mean the part labelled NSS, does anyone know what NSS means?

Luckily that look frighteningly similar to the fuel pump fitted to most Fords up to the early 90's and they are still available AFAIK.
