is it to stop the spring dislocating under articulation? I know some defender owners clamp the top of spring with jubilee clips.
Quote from: "Saffy"is it to stop the spring dislocating under articulation? I know some defender owners clamp the top of spring with jubilee clips. It shouldn't be since the spring is secured to the axle (in standard setups anyhow)although, yes, a jubilee clip or other such device is used (or can be) to stop the spring dislocating. I personally prefer to fit relocation cones but YMMV of course.
i thought about wheel spacers but that will make them stick out the arch a good 30mm another FAIL
zacspeed i reckon you have more tyre sticking out than in! I reckon it must get plastered in seconds!
