"Put"?  That sounds like you had a lot of involvement in the process!  I have a very odd mental image right now...

using the old 4.5HP brigs and stratton at mum and dads, leant over to pull off the grass box and guess where the phone fell?

On hlaf in the pond, other half launched over the house and took the grass box flap clean off with the impact.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

A week after getting mine replaced having dropped it in a big muddy puddle, I then managed to drop my new one whilst in the workshop.

In order to prevent it hitting the concrete floor i used my foot to cushion the fall, and booted it itno the wooden leg of the work bench.

Jumped into a grain trailer once and the boss held my phone. What I didn't know was he put it on the wheel of the travtor and I drove over it. Trailer as well

My father in law ploughs with horses in ploughing matches and I had a phone call from a strange mobile one sunday lunch. The conversation went something like this...

Dad "Hi Brian, I've lost my phone can you call in the house and bring me my lunch up, I've forgotten it"

Me " Yes, no problem, when did you last have your phone?"

Dad " just before I started ploughing!"

Me " Ah, have you tried calling it?"

Dad " No, not yet, we'll have a look when you get here."

so I went up to where he was and we tried to find his phone but no joy. we then went back the next day when it was quieter and tried again. Imagine our amazement when we found it buried under 10 inches of soil!!! and still working!!!! He must of had it in his top pocket and its dropped out and he's ploughed it into the ground! It worked for a year after that as well :P
I HAVE THE BODY OF A GOD

shame its Budda!!
