Finally sold the house
« on: November 26, 2007, 13:04:19 »
Hi,

After some time with the house on the market and no bites whatsoever - what happens, just like buses, we got two buyers in one week.

the house is now sold and we have bought another!

so we hopefully will be moving in the new year from one end of the village to the other!

and the disco will be able to come home again, i have missed not having it lurking menacingly on the driveway

regards

I had an offer on mine in Stocksbridge, for 7k less than I'm asking.  They withdrew it the day after I'd accepted as it turned out they put offers in on at least 2 houses the same weekend.

It's a buyer's market at the moment.  I may end up renting mine just to get the bills paid and a bit of money coming in.
