i have a problem with my 300 tdi the water system when im driving i have no hot air through the heaters then after a bit there is a pop and i get hot air and then i goes again it is building up alot of pressure the warterpump isnt sending water into the block ive change the waterpump but its no better what could be causing the buid up of pressure it got so bad it cracked a expenshion tank!
HELP ME!!!!!

Sounds like a head gasket to me, I had a very similar problem a few months ago.

and i would say its the head gasket as well mate,sorry
it could be worse though my mate had a cracked head when he had a simalar problem
