Puff the Magic Dragon! Nice, but I could see residents of certain areas of the country being a tad miffed to find their homes razed to the ground. Certainly good fro crime prevention purposes.

I doubt its beyond capabilities of special vehicles.

Might be a little interesting trying to get insured afterwards, depending on country your in of course.

Using a Spectre is all a little too fancy, I prefer more traditional methods for that
