a set of ring 6 inch drive lights are 18 quid and warn ones are 325 quid .

when i wanted more light ive just up the wattage with bulbs.

maybe posh s/s ones looks great for looks on a nudge bar

but it still remains what difference is there is between them?

The quality of the build, the amount of design that goes into getting the best light out of them, where they are built etc etc.

Oh, and the badge on the box.

Legally you are allowed up to 99watts in a driving lamp.

Yes, the smaller reflcetor will have an effect on the quality of the beam pattern, effecting how much light output from the bulb is "useful" to you.

Try parking in front of a wall and look at how much light is spread outside your field of vision.  I tend to find cheaper lamps light up the floor, the sky and the guy next to me a lot more.

yellow fogs lights seem useless compared to the clear lens ones.

also blue effect light works well to define objects better  than the standard  light bulbs

The pro comp ones where brilliant would give me a very good beam  the set i had in there where 2 x spot in the middle of the light bar for distance and 2 on the outsides where fogs for wide beam to let me know of any branches that could cause damage, and there were water tight and built like a brick poo house unlike the cheap ones i have now and the reason i do not have those nice pro comp jobbies on my truck now is IM MARRIED AND CANT SPEND LOADS ON MY TRUCK!!! the old black and white disco was a no expense spared disco before i was married now i have other priorties.

Mine has the cheap Wipac ones that came with the bar - if they expire or turn manky I'll replace them, but not until then!
