It's a new year and it's time to start doing things that  i have always wanted to do, so
i'm looking for someone in the essex / hertfordshire / cambridgeshire area who can take me shooting and beating

Hey George, try your local estate, there always on the look out for beaters..... ours is Belvoir Estates, you get  a meal thrown in :). I know what you mean about new year new things - I'm off to Frimley park on Wed to start a weeks basic training with the Army for being a CCF AI.......never ever done anything like it before and bricking it! :-\

I believe its known by the locals as Grimley Dark!!!! Its just the waiting now - looks like im going for 6 months with all the kit I ve got to take - its ccertainly a different way to kick of the new year.
