got a heater prob , both the heater controls work .the led display is ok . but no matter what you dial in it only blows out cold air . any ideas ?. thanks alan......

is the engine temperature getting up to running temp, are the heater pipes that go through the bulkhead hot, dos the cruise control still work?????

havent checked the cruise . is that fuse related?. the heater pipes are o.k . thanks. alan......

i believe garyf is enquiring if The vacuum is ok.....................you could tentativly check at the main dealer, i seem to recall a "service measure fix" for the heater box.

Sounds like a similar problem to the one I have - passenger side is nice and warm but centre vents and drivers side stay cold.
It is a know weak spot on the Grand Cherokee - the blend doors have a weak connection to the actuators and break. Jeep have modified the housing and components as a result but it seems to be a huge job to repair. Full dashboard out, degas the aircon and replace the parts.
The Americans seem to be paying about $1200 for the repair :shock:
Thank goodness for heated seats!
