fuse keeps blowing

in the fuse box located in the engine bay the blue 100 amp P.A.L fuse keeps blowing.

the car was left on the drive as it was not being use and the battery drained.
after it was re-charged and re-fitted it worked fine, but after a drive out the head lights where swiched on and
straight away the battery light came on (that tells you the battery isnt charging) ..

the A/T light comes on and a yellow light (not oil)
it only comes on when certain amount of power is used ( no stereo fitted)

the car is a 95 pajero import with 2 batterys with i split charger (not sure where this is)

does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem??

When the charge is low the A/T light will come on as a warning.
It could be a sign that you alternator is on it's way out.  First check that the battery connections are all fine (it's easy to leave one loose when refitting), and then put a multimeter across the batterys with the engine running, you should get a reading around 14 volts when the engine is revved up.  If it's only showing around 12volts, then it'll be your alternator.  It's quite common for them to go on pajeros.

Although I'm not sure why that would cause a fuse to keep blowing

follow the wires to the rear of ya alternator that where the problem will be, know for it disconect them and re-fit
