The Wifes (Hazel for those who dont know her) Renault Espace has to go this year as I feel that there may be a far more appropriate vehicle to take kids to school in for her.

YES we have decided on a Landcruiser , so I am on the look out for a 3.0 Diesel Colorado VX around about 3-4 years old.  Not too worried about mileages just straight panels etc...

Let me know if anyone sees a bargain about please

I've heard that the best sort to get is a crew-cab pick-up.

Nah- an early 90's Landcruiser VX 4.2 diesel is the hidden gem of Japenese offroaders. Not so good for fuel ecconomy or parking in town though....

A big engined Landcruiser 3.0 or higher will last for a very long time .
You will be amazed at how reliable they are . You can go for a  l o n g journey (thousands of miles) and have the peace of mind that it would bring you home again .
One of the penalties for refusing to participate in politics is that you end up being governed by your inferiors.
