In the past i have used both Sowden tyres, and Paddocks.

Paddocks take the lead, as they do not charge for postage over £50 online. And beleive it or not, the Insa Dakars i ordered were alot, and i mean alot cheaper at paddocks.

I cannot fault the Service from Sowden Tyres either.

same here. nothing but trouble from them! i ordered a set of roughriders for my sporty, waited the 3-5 days they said, then phoned them up. got 101 excuses but no firm idea of when theyd arrive. he said in 1 0r 2 days. i waited again, still nothing!starting to get a tad annoyed by this point.after 3 weeks of phonecalls every other day, i threatened them with trading standards, and reported them. trading standrads took up the case, but my tyres arrived in the next couple of days,(albeit the wrong ones, got a set of grizzly claws instead (£150 quid more expensive altogether)) anyway, staffordshire trading standards phoned me and asked me loads of questions. the bloke i spoke to had actually visited them and said that they were struggling, and i heard recently that the company was for sale? no idea if this is true though.

certainly wont go there again!!

Sales "historically in the area of £1.2 million" but now at £300K.

I wonder why that is then?  Go figure.
