:DRange Rover Blues is right about the new series being a cliche of itself, but enjoyable anyway.  Took a while for me to realise the significance of the clown, its from the Ashes to Ashes video.  As for Keely's outfit I really don't remember anything like that,  I was 10 at the time.  Its great that you guys thought her legs were "too skinny" because myself and I am sure other ladies were experiencing "thigh envy"!

I was 11 and remember 83 better, it was big hair. I remember my mate sister using a can of hairspray before she went out. :D
They were good days :D But yes, hope they never come back.

It wasn't just the girls with the big hair that defied gravity. The blokes had it as well. It was the decade of Hair (and Lip Gloss) Rock with bands like Europe, Scorpions, Def Leppard and Whitesnake to name but a few.
At my school there was horrendous rivalry between the 2Tone/Ska and the Metal Lot. The New Romatic lot kept themselves to themselves, usually in the toilets doing their makeup. That was the boys and the girls.

Big Hair!

1981 was the year Charles and Diana got married and I know a lot of my school mates had their hair cut just like Princess Di then! As for the boys, well Flock of Seagulls were becoming well known then so just imagine :D I think what Keeley was wearing when she first arrived was supposed to be what a prostitute was wearing back then though from what was being said so unless you had dealings with them are you really going to remember people wearing that sort of thing  The white leather jacket was definately very 80's my sister had something very similar
