Be seen Be spotted
« on: February 09, 2008, 20:43:45 »
Hi All

I think this has been talked about before but I've been thinking about how to spot members easyier when they are comming the other way as you only have seconds before they pass you by.

My Idea (though it might have been said before if so sorry) what about a splat in white reflective vinyl on the drivers wing mirror that way you can see it even in the dark .

OOhh, there's a question :-k

Either TBH, though on is likely to get you into more trouble than the other.

You can't miss my Fronty, it's bright flaming green and filthy with mud .. and as of next week (Hopefully depending on the weather) will have a Wetroads decal on the windscreen.
But the White Splat is a good idea ... I might even know someone who can do them for us!! (Doubt it'd be self-cleaning though)

Them metal mirrors in the volvo were welded. Much fun when the first motorcycle courier in London tried to take it off
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.
