Granada Reports Tonight..?
« on: February 07, 2005, 21:49:14 »
:( Did anyone see Granada Reports tonight, the bit about Bobble Hats.
Ill explain. As i got home from work i walked through the door as the news was on but i only caught a glimpse of a load of bobble hats scrambling,,,, i mean rambling in the hills somewhere. I asked my mother but she wasnt takening any notice of what was been said. Apparently it was something to do with the amount of wair and tear on footpaths and local authoritys cant afford to repair or something ( i might be wrong ). If said councils cant repair these footpaths will they clos them?. :D

:D Nice to see the boot on the other foot for a change. :D

:? I might be barking up the completely wrong tree, so if you saw it please enlighten me as its driveing me mad cos i missed the whole report.
If in first you dont suceed, try second....
If it aint broke, your not trying ard enough....

With Alun Micheal in the cabinet, bobble hat, kagool and all, it'l probably be, 'ramblers cause untold damge to footpaths, ban 4x4 from the countryside to preserve it'

And something no-one ever mentions, how do ramblers get into the peak district anyway?  and why can't they park?  At least we have the decency to take our cars with us when we move on rather than abandon them at the side of the road!
