If they have done this without your permission and you're convinced that it isn't a genuine mistake, I would suggest switching from T Mobile. I'm not sure how it would stand up but I'd argue that their actions here are in breach of the contract you both agreed to, so you should be free to move your mobile supplier.
Without wishing to scare monger this could be a sign of "ID Theft" someone may have got yor bill (out your bin) and tried to order a phone to a second address as in "can you deliver it to work". You may get better respose with T-mob if you persue the vitim of ID theft route as its not fashionable to be slack with that. Also I STRONGLY suggest you keep an extra eye on all your bank statements and other such bills for the next few months, but lets just hope its an "honest cock up"The other thing to be aware of is that the text may not be from T-Mob at all and could be form someone else. Allways phone the cusotmer services numbers on your bills and not the text if you get something like this.Good luck sorting it out.
