Anybody know if all the wiring is there ( as in the D2)  to fit cruise control to a Td4 ..........

Had it on our V6 - not sure if the wiring exists, but I can't see why it wouldn't.

We have it on our 2001 3dr TD4. There is a master switch on the dash and steering wheel controls.

I wouldn't bother - they won't know.  Most main dealers quote £450+ to fit cruise to a TD5 Disco, even though you can do it yourself in half an hour for about 50 quid.  They deny the wiring is there.

Sounds like I need to have the airbag off , if the multi-plug is there then the other wiring will be there......cheers

I thought that about fitting fog lights to our Fiesta, as thw ring was there behind the bumper.  Troouble is the wirng loom for the dash is another part, and the wirng wasn't there form the switch to the fusebox, be careful and check it all.
