On my 97 vit the 4wd light is staying on although it's not in 4wd..Whats the cause of this anybody no.I did have the rear part of the centre console out yesterday..

if you remove the cover from over your handbrake and t-casr lever and take the t-case lever rubber seal thingy you will see jsut infront of the t-case lever and couple of wires conected to a plunger switch pull the 2 pin plug apart and undo the switch and give it a clean and grease and re insert this shud do the job
