disco 200 tdi in 90

is all done but want to know what people have done on the passenger side wheel arch as the turbo is over the chassis rail and i have a huge hole in my arch to cater for it.... any ideas or pic of what you done? cheers, josh

for what mate? how to get the exhaust on? or the turbo/intercooler pipes on? or what have people done to cover the hole in the inner arch?

As for myself i didnt cut the arch i just put up with a very tight and annoying intercooler pipe bend.. how much of a restriction it proves to be will dictate how long it lasts before i too cut a big hole!

I cut a hole in the wing for the intercooler pipe and just left it that way, mud and water doesn't really get in.

Can take pics, if you let me know what you want

If you take turbo off you will see you can rotate the snail housing to any angle you like.  You have to drill and tap holes for the wastegate mount, but it is dead easy.  Mine is rotated to miss the wing completely, never cut a thing.  I used a Steve Parker exhaust, thought it was expensive when I bought it but worth every penny when fitted and working, so easy.

i got a replica steve parker down pipe for 60 quid... the hole was for the intercooler turbo pipe.. cheers for your replies, i'll probably just leave it then.  :lol:

Yeah I know but if you turn the turbo snail housing round the intercooler pipes are much easier to route and you don't need the hole.
