Had my renewal through for the 90 from Peter Best, £252 fully comp with 1 yr NCB (my full NCB is on the MG), not bad I thought, tried the web last night, cheapest was over £310. Filled in a form on Firebond's web site, got a call and they've quoted £143.50 fully comp inc legal stuff!!!

Both policies are based on 6K miles per annum, couldn't believe Firebond's quote, took it out straight away, well chuffed.

It's nice to know that of all the places a Land Rover can go, anywhere could be one of them!

Remember, when it comes to Land Rover ownership, there is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

I'm with Firebond... £232 fully comp with all my Mod's listed..

It was the best quote at the time, When I mentioned the Mod's they weren't bothered what had been done to 'Buzz' where a few companies didn't want to know when I started mentioning the mod's, When the paperwork arrived from Firebond all the mod's I stated are all listed on my insurance cert...

I also got breakdown cover included..

My insurance is not due for a few months - but I will defiantly remember to get a quote from these chaps.

Thanks for the tips.  :D

Wouldn't bother
I've just gone to the web site to do an on-line quote and the form keeps asking me for a number when I've put the blasted number in :x
Then calling to speak to a person on the number the web site gives, I get a "sorry we're not open" message...
All very annoying when the web site says they're open until 8PM tonight :x
cheers! 8)
