TD5 AND FREESTYLE ALLOYS
« on: June 02, 2008, 16:54:09 »
Hi guys just wondering whether any of you have freestyles on an 02 plate td5 or later/earlier, only i wondered whther there was a spacer kit for these alloys, basically on the front axle the wheel hub sits inside the alloy wheel, but theres a gap around the hub, however on the original steels the hub slotted inside the steel as a tight fit. any Ideas? They are off a 300tdi disco im lead to believe, on 235/85 r16 general grabbers. Thanks alot William

My Td5 90 used to wear freestyle alloys, and it didn't have any spacers in (this was as factory fit).

I think that Defender and Disco Freestyle alloys may differ in the hub diameter, however odd that might appear..

Can anyone confirm?

90 300tdi Hardtop. One or two teeny weeny mods. Not fast!
110 Td5 H/top. IRB  i/cooler amongst other things. Not slow!
