Changed the oil last night (disco 1 300tdi manual) and noticed that the main drain plug in the gearbox was missing :shock: :shock: Thought it looked a bit oily :-k
Went to landrover and they sold me Part FRC6145, (magnetic plug) but this is amout 3cm dia, it seems the gearbox plug is the same size as the oil drain plug, on the computer though it says that this is the only plug in the gearbox....Whats going on? I have now ordered another plug, same as the oil fill/drain
Secondly, am I ok using ATF in the gearbox?
