Got a TD5 disco and noticed the intercooler only covers half the rad, is it possible to fit a larger one and if so does anybody know where I could source one from?

we got the allisport one
it will be hard to find a company that doesnt use the allisport ones. i think im right in saying dastek make ther own and brunel performance do too. but dont quote me on that.

Plenty on ebay with various different inlet/outlet diameters and position variations. Most of them do hose kits as well so you can route pipework anywhere you like.
