TBH I didn't notice any difference on mine either. It's more a case of prolonging engine life as it's not being forced to breathe exhaust gases, plus I suppose it must make a small improvement by ensuring that the engine always gets fresh air.

i have a 1995 Auto, and must admit that i didnt notice any change when i removed my EGR.
Flushed out my inter-cooler just after though, and this did make a big difference.

Hi
I did the full works, cleaned intercooler removed EGR, tho i could not removed whole assembly just removed metal pipe section from EGR
And noticed big difference, like a different car, have since also tweaked Injector pump, removed Viscous fan. drives more like a normal car now compared to the old dog that i originally bought. keep going it will be worth it.

were you having trouble with the EGR when u removed it? if it was working fine then i dont think ud notice much, but if it was all clogged up and causing trouble then ud be more likely to notice a change!
