2.5 lwb shogun gearbox

hi I am getting a replacment gearbox next week how hard are they to do or can anyone do it for me as I have bad arms and cant lift that much now

They are VERY heavy! :shock:

I helped a mate fit one and wondered why I was doing it!  It would be much easier to get a garage to fit it for you... they have all the right equipment!  ;)

they're not too bad to do, i've done a couple. as said above, pretty heavy.

support the engine on the crane, then just slot the box in :)

a few hours and it should be sorted.

*the above is based on it being a manual, i've not done an auto so can't comment.
