www.lixtoll.com
Thought I'd give the guys at Lix Toll a mention, we were up in the area a couple of weeks ago with 60+ Scouts and Explorer Scouts (and 4 Defenders !), and used Lix Toll a couple of times - nothing was too much trouble for them, they even managed to find a weird sized cotter pin that we needed to fix one of our big Ifor boat trailers !
Needless to say, all 4 Defenders are now sporting Lix Toll spare wheel covers

You'll have been up at Lochearnhead Scout Station then :)
Used to live in Strathyre which you probably passed through on your way up there.
Lix Toll were pretty good - if a tad expensive at times (although when you're the only garage in the middle of nowhere you can get away with it).

Indeed we were at Lochearnhead - along with 60+ Young people (aged 13.5 to 18 !!!)
Lix Toll have been taken over recently it seems, nice new owners though - very helpful.
Strathyre has a nice Post Office (if only for the ice creams), shame about the local feds parked up in the layby with the mobile speed gun - we were ok (driving 17 seater minibuses with kids on board, so sticking to the limit), they got loads of cars though !!!
