Hmmm, rethinking state benifits for thw workshy and reintroducing corporal punishmnet in schools :-k  Personally I think that if a kid needs a caning then it should be the parents that get their ar**s tanned.

think it was the worse thing the government / do-gooders ever did. believe me the wlk of shame - to and from - the headmasters office was far worse than the pain inflicted by the cane!
