Had to take mine out the other day as in process of changing gearboxes, and noticed that on the inside there was like little tiny pieces of wot looked bronze flakes just on the inside of the seal.. Anybody shed any light on wot it is?? And should i be worried?? Or just stick it back together and pretend i saw nothing....!!

Bronze bits, sounds like a bearing breaking up. If it were the gearbox I'd suspect syncro rings or baulk rings. Check the hi-lo selector mech for chunks missing on the teeth.
BTW, which T-Box?
