there is only one dropped kirb off the road , then a private road /shared access between 3 houses . me being in the middle. i am ment to have right of way over part of there front and it says in the deed it should not be obstructed and i have to pay maintenance to it . they get the ump when i back over it so they park there so i cant and have to reverse onto the road then when they have company they park over me drive . hence the for sale sign which has been up for 3 years in total now. these are the same people that made a fish pond in the back garden came across a 4" land drain cut it off and blocked it . then the guys house at the bottom started to subside . he blamed my connifers which were only about 12 ft tall.so i had to take them all out . they were questioned about the drain and they denied all knoledge of it . thing is because i wanted to sell the house i wanted to keep my nose clean but cant help but think its time for that to go out the window and payback time is on its way..any ideas ?
