Me, I'd get one of Mil Web. chances are it may have been looked after since leaving the Service. http://www.milweb.net/classifieds.php

Otherwise try Withams-sv.com for a direct release one that you'll have to register.

Depends what vehicle, and ex MOD landy there's plenty of choice, an Sherman tank and you might be joining lots of forums and waiting for one to come up.
Things have changed recenlty in MOD disposal and prices are up, meaning the LRs are not the bargain they used to be.
But and internet search should bring up a list of half a dozen decent MOD disposal agents.  the pronlem with Withams for one is that the stock still belongs to the MOD who name the price, unless it's been sold as part of a lot or by auction.  A lot of the dealers are making their money on the bigger stuff these days too.

Worth checking witham-sv.com for what's leaving the military. Check out the tender price lists, sometimes stuff does quite make the advertised price ;)

Remember that Withams tender prices are a guide only.  Last tender I got a Sankey for £109 (Guide £250) and a 110 Ragtop for £750 (guide 2450) but didn't get a Bedford Cab which I bid over guide price.  You just have to bid what you feel you would be happy to pay.  Next Tender sale late Jan.
