“OFF-ROAD UK”

(Formerly the National 4x4 Show, Shuttleworth, Beds)

 
National 4x4 Centre, Kirton Quarry nr. Kirton-in-Lindsey, Lincolnshire
(18 miles north of Lincoln  grid ref. SE944014)
Sat 20th – 21st August 2005
weekend before August Bank Holiday

A spectacular new off-road show at the best off-road site in the UK (an enormous 650 acre quarry 3 miles south of the M180 motorway), the event features a 4-mile off-road Scenic Drive (ideal for novices), medium/hard/extreme 6x6 & 8x8 off-road courses, a massive Mud Run (this is the longest Mud Run ever seen in the UK), 4x4 off-road passenger rides, manufacturer’s off-road demo course, trade stands, amphibious vehicles, winching area, radio control 4x4 models and off-road racing, club display area, military vehicles, camping, kids amusements, beer tent … and so much more.

Did you access the site ok, just tried the link and it seems its still under construction

Sounds like the Kirton Lyndsey site thats mentioned on here

No, their website doesn't seem to be working.. (nowt to do with us that one ;-) )

build my hopes just to dash them again.

spose I had better start saving for not only a tanker full of diesel to get there(its bl**dy miles away) but an entrance fee now.

Glad I dont drive a V8 - would take me 20 fuel stops!
