300tdi rad plugs

high i remember sometime ago a post saying you can swap the crap plastic ones for some plumbing ends is this right and what size threads are they
As a youth I could run up and down stairs all day now I'm older it takes me all day just to walk upstairs

1 inch BSP, (well, definately BSP, not sure of diameter...) if my memory is right - got my brass caps from B&Q for about a quid..............
Son, life has a habit of kicking you in the ass and i only have vague recollections of when it wasn't kickin mine!

IIRC:

Axle, and G&T box breathers = 1/8 bsp
Timing cover and bell housing wading plugs are 1/4 bsp
Rad and stat plugs 1/2 inch bsp

Think thats right.

They sell em for a couple of quid on ebay.
