This any help?

Programming a single button disco key fob

It may take several attempts and the timing must be correct for this to work

1)Starting conditions: ignition off, doors unlocked, bonnet switch depressed.

2)Steps 3 to 9 MUST be carried out within 8 seconds.

3)Switch ignition ON.

4)Switch ignition OFF.

5)Lock doors.

6)Unlock doors.

7)Release bonnet switch.

8)Switch ignition ON.

9)Switch ignition OFF.

If alarm is correctly accessed, the horn will sound and LED will light. It is now possible to program two handsets of correct frequency to vehicle alarm ECU.

This must be carried out within two minutes.

10)Press and hold down button on first handset until dash LED flashes.

11)Repeat instruction for second handset.

12)The LED will extinguish if both handsets have been initialized correctly

As far as I know twin button fobs must be programmed by computer.

OK had a few PM'S re this disco this is what I replyed .

OK the disco is a good runner 200 on an L reg think its done 134.000 I changed the cam belt at 128,000 . It all did work , then I got this ignition/central door lock problem . The engine does not smoke turbo ok gave it a full service this summer . But there is rot in the chassi and the MOT runs out january so its time to look for some thing else . Any body intrested . Phone me on 01724-733464 , All I want out of it is the Radio . which I will take out this weekend . Best offer can have it , so far the scrap man has offered £100 and he will get it in the new year if I dont get a better offer .

Yes I love the disco , but there aint enough hours in the day for all my toys and family so this is going .

Unless ya a wizz with electricts ya going to need a trailer or chain . :D

Its in North Lincs about 5 miles from Humbber Bridge
