has any one got a wiring diagram for the headlights mine are not working neither is the full beam

Have they just stopped working ?
Check fuses, also check the under bonnet relay,in the box near the airfilter assuming its a Frontera A series.
And sometimes the connectors in the stalk come loose and stops full beam working.

cheers /its a k reg ive just bought it?? i,m thinking its the stalk cause full beam doesnt work two + what are they like for changeing the clutch ??/?easy or ~a sod

Clutch is straight forward just very heavy and top bolts a bit fiddley.
If getting a garage to do it make sure they dont charge more than four hours labour
