What will happen if i keep my 90's sump full to the HIGH mark?

Nothing :) but if you go over the high mark there will be to much pressure in the engine which will escape by what ever oil seal is the weekest.
Some engine's blow excess oil out the air filter, as it's a Landrover probaly just leek more :?
