Assuming that is that it was stolen I assume, As it could be an insurances job, or even just an accident or mechanical failure you can can't tell from just a picture.
Always take care when poking around burnt out motors, some of the synthetic seals etc can turn into nasty stuff. ( hydrofluoric acid ) i think. We used to do a lot or recovery work for west mercia police and had warnings about it, don't know if the same material is still used.
To forward a request for the car to be picked up, our waste management teamwill need the make, model and registration of the abandoned vehicle.
