Wheel offsets

Im wondering if anyone can tell me the offset on these sets of wheels as i have searched everywhere and cant find anything :(
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-x-18-LAND-ROVER-RANGE-ROVER-ALLOYS-td6-tdv8-p38_W0QQitemZ300298116686QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item300298116686&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A7%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
Im sure i read somewhere that these were a +70mm offset which would be ideal for me but i cant find anything to confirm.

Also for these, i have no idea of the offset but upwards of +65mm would be good.
The reason for the high offset is that i want to fit them on to my transit van with pcd adapters which would be either 25mm or 30mm thick and i dont want the wheels to stick out past the arches.
Cheers
Gavin.
