This explain it better?
Slacken Injector pump sprocket bolts [10]
Fit timing belt, ensure belt is taut on the non tensioned side
Fit tensioner ensuring it is located on a dowel pin
Insert torque wrench in square hole [11]
Insert torque wrench, held in a vertical position
Apply 21.7 Nm to tension belt (new belt), 16.3 used belt
Tighten tensioner bolt [9]. Torque to 25Nm
Tighten injector pump sprocket bolts [10], torque 25Nm
Remove timing pins [7] & [8] is on the bell housing into the ring gear on starter
Turn crankshaft two turns clockwise. Repeat tensioning procedure. This is important to avoid premature timing belt failure
Turn crankshaft 2 more turns clockwise, ensure flywheel timing pin can be inserted
Ensure timing marks aligned
Insert timing pin in injection pump sprocket
If timing pin cannot be inserted, slacken injection pump sprocket bolts [10]
Turn sprocket hub until timing pin can easily be inserted. Tighten injection pump sprocket bolts [10], torque to 25 Nm
