I passed mine today :)

LC 80 series 1993. 285/75/16s Cooper STTs, OME 850s on the front with 25mm packer, 868s on the rear. 4.88 diffs. Winch bumper with 12000lb winch. Factory lockers. HD rear bumper with wheel carrier and winch mount.

do your c+e asap whilst your still in the flow of it all and know the test routes etc.  :D

Let us know how you get on finding work. I am going to enquire about a refresher day for me to remeber how to use the gears and practise with a load on. The training school I used will put some concrete blocks on a trailer and teach me how to tie them down etc. £185 a day though. gulp.

It's fun driving lorries though.  :D

Where did your test?  For my C+E I used pauls LGV training near warrington.  He was fantastic.  Part way through the 2nd mornings training he sent me home!  Said I didnt need as many hours as he thought and it would be unfair of him to charge me for hours I didnt need! 

Passed 1st time with 3 minors!  If you want his details send me a PM!

I know what you mean my regular agency hasn't had anything for me for 4 weeks now and I have been surviving on 3 or 4 days a week for Somerfields but even that looks dodgy now that they have been bought by the CoOp
