another mot failure .. .
« on: March 24, 2009, 21:36:13 »
just wondering on my mot failure sheet it says about body dissplacment was just wondering what they mean by this and how to fix . . . all i can gather is that the suspension has sagged a lil on the drivers side so sits wit a lil lean on it would that be what they mean . . .  :-k

 cheers mike

now mine leans drivers and i am fat so that may be the reason ha ha . . .

yea the dissplacement was because of the rotton body mounts i missed he he so that was all fixed a re made and welded lol

to get it through the mot ended up changing all the track rods panhard rod bushes had to fix swivel housing , re weld 2 body mounts on , sort the hand brake out , new head light , make a bracket up for the headlight suround , and a few more things took me about 2 weeks to get it all done and 2 days late for re test but i know the manager so he let me off it lol
