Herts / Essex Newbie
« on: March 26, 2009, 22:04:29 »
Hi,

I was pointed in this direction by the boys on the Landyzone website.

i'm based on the Herts / Essex border in a village near Harlow, Bishops Stortford and Ware

Couple of weeks ago i bought a Disco 200TDI. it needs a bit restoration and of course a few modifications. I'm a bit new to this 4x4 lark as previously i have had hot hatches, well short of a 110 V8 my dad owned a few years ago.

Currently it has a 2 inch lift kit, uprated tyres and extended breathers. As i'm on a budget i'm on the look out for second hand bargains so anyone who has any off road Discovery kit (snorkle, Steering Guard etc) please give me a shout.

Will stick a post up in the regional area with regards to green lane runs etc.
