Rear seat fitting

Well, the plan for this weekend is to get a rear seat fitted ready for a bit of nice gentle greenlaneing over Easter.
Problem.....we haven't actually seen an SJ with the seats fitted in the back, usually they're the first thing to go!!!! However, it would be nice to have the odd family outing and be able to take the lad with us.
Our plan (yes, we do have one, but you know what they say about plans!!) is to fit one seat in the centre, which should give us room to get the spare wheel one side of it and any other junk the other side. We have seen photos of this, but none in close enough detail to see how it has been done and where the lap belt has been mounted.
Would be really great if anyone could give us any info and/or photos, if not on centre fitted seat then just some nice clear photos of how normal seats are fitted.

Have you got any holes in the rear floor at the moment or mounting brackets if it had a bench seat they were fixed in 4 places if it had a pair of seats they were fixed in 4 places each. If it had a pair it would be just as easy to fit one of the seats in and leave the other one out if not you might have to drop the fuel tank so you can fix one in the centre .

Many moons ago, when there were no original mountings for seat belts but the law stated you needed them, the manufacturers provided plates for bolting on the underside of the chassis to support the seat belt fixing. If this method was adopted, then you should/could be able to fit them anywhere convenient in the rear of the vehicle....

Will have to have a look see where the mountings are, can't remember.
I think the plan is to fix the seat and belt onto some box section and then fit the box section to the vehicle somehow, just not sure how yet!!
