Spare wheel mount - captive nuts?

Firstly - apologies... I have searched to see if this has been dealt with before and ended up with 39 pages of freelander and Suzuki information...

Stupid question time...

Changing a rear door spare wheel mount on a Disco - do the bolts from the outside go into captive nuts on the inside, or do I need to remove the trim panel and then get a spare pair of hands to assist?

If they are captive - happy days, will happen later... if the trim has to come off, then it's waiting until I chequerplate the door.

No captive nuts on the rear door but you can change the wheel mount on your own, if you have long arms.  ;)

I attempted my old one on my own, ended up getting my son to help though. Rear trim had to come off.

Many thanks everyone - I had already worked out that trying to do it on my own would probably involve having face pressed up hard against the rubber seal and arms at full extension...  :shock:

Planning on chequerplating the rear door at some stage so as to give a good solid mount to hang the hi-lift from (inside, away from prying eyes...)

Ta muchly for the responses though - plenty of other jobs that I can be getting on with (like rear pads... dontcha just love that grinding paste at Sibbertoft!)
