Brush, Roller or Spray gun
« on: March 19, 2005, 10:19:55 »
a pretty easy one this, which is best for repaiunting with? and which gives the best finish? do I paint the 90 with a brush, a roller or do I spray it (I have access to a big compressor and all the associated spraying parafanalia)?

Discuss.
Don`t blindly follow where others lead, go you own way, and leave a trail. which, being in a Land Rover, will be of oil.

I would say that spraying will give you the best finish, and you can use "proper" paint.

If you are going for something like tractol, then a small roller works well enough...  You have to be pretty good with a paintbrush to avoid it looking like it has been hand painted ;-)

If you have access to spray equipment then this will give you the best finnish and you may as well spray it.  :D
