Anyone got any easy way of removing a door hinge????

Does the hinge have to come off or the door?  If you just want the door off, unbolt the hinge from the door and leave the hinge attached to the bulkhead its much easier.  If you need the hinge off, try brute force then try an impact driver, then you will probably find you have broken the clip that holds the captive nut.  I have drilled out almost all the hinge to bulkhead bolts I have ever tried to remove...  You only have to drill off the head of the bolt and it comes off, its not too bad.

Yeh one of them has to some off as the frost got to it and broke... will attack it with the impact hoodgy in the morning....
